seems to me that there's some inner thoughts that he hasnt been able to communicate with you. As an outsider who reads what he wrote, i have a sense that he feels you are trying to avoid him or he feels hurt by your actions. Dont speculate things. Perhaps the best way is to arrange for a coffee and talk things out without accusing him or getting emotional coz men hate that. All the best!
