All you ever hear in the news is about violence and terrorism, but when you learn about Islam, and get to know the everyday Muslim people in your community, you realize that Islam is a religion of peace and love for God and family. What's going on?

the violence caused by Muslims over seas has a lot to do with politics.

How many are there..I can't answer that for I'm not one
But i think people like to judge everyone as a hole rather than one by one. For example, when someone so arrogant is walking down the street and sees a Mexican, they will automatically walk up and talk in Spanish or look at them like they are evil. People feel safer when they can blame someone for Terrorism so they choose to blame all Muslims instead of the few who actually caused the crime. Hope that helped

There are plenty of Muslims in America, but they live in insular groups and are not interested in participating in the wider discourse in America. The media has no interest portraying the views of groups that do not want to be in its audience. As for it being a religion of peace, those who do believe that must speak out against radical Islam.

So the media shouldnt report Islamic violence? What you just said is exactly why I do what I do. I promise you...your attempts to stop free speech will not go smoothly...
Heres another crazy idea you freak....if Muslims werent commiting violence and terror...if they werent at war everywhere...would that also stop what you perceieve to be offensive media reports?

The media prints what they want to print, and they survive on sensationalism. Example: You might hear of a Muslim killer, but would you ever hear of a Christian killer?

Media is biased. They don't really care about what the muslims do. They only report the terrorist stuff.
