When I was 18, I was 125 pounds and my height is 5'6 and I thought I looked good but my face was sunk in and when I really took a good look in the mirror I really did think I was too skinny.
Now I weigh 145 and keep my weight in between 145 & 150 and my doc says I am healthier now. I also take Vitamins.

123 is not too skinny for 5'6. I was 118 when I was 18 and I'm also 5'6! I was thin but on my frame, it wasn't unhealthy looking . Now I'm 140 at age 36. I don't think I'm fat, but I am a little thicker than I like. I wish I could be 123 again!!

I went through the same thing at 18 I was 6'2" and only 145 pounds. The best thing to do is see a doctor and make sure that you are healthy. Some people are naturally thinner than others (vise-verse) depending on their metabolism. As I aged I started to put on weight and am now a healthier (at least to me and my doc) 195 pounds.

You are definately not too skinny. My cousin is 5'9" and only weighs 110lbs and that's with shoes. You're about the perfect weight for your height, unless you want to gain weight. Therefore, you should eat more carbs.

By medical standards you would be considered a healthy weight. Your BMI is 19.9. If you want to gain weight, do a lot of muscle training. That will thicken you up. If you do start that you will to eat a lot more because with more muscle mass, you have higher metabolism and digest food faster.

Only weight doesn't matter. If you are exercising regularly this weight is also sufficient , but if you aren't it is bad.
You start exercises daily, especially at morning, will increase your hunger and you will start putting on slowly. That will increase your immunity too.
You should eat only when you are hungry. Try to eat fresh, protinus and less food with little fats. Avoid junk food, that will improve your hunger and assimilation.
