I did it for about 2 months and lost a healthy amount of weight. I continued the diet, but stopped losing weight. When I stopped the diet, I slowly gained all of the weight back.

Once you start putting those carbs back into your system, the weight starts coming back. You have to make a lifestyle change. You need to avoid processed carbohydrates--but eat naturally occurring ones in fruits, vegtables, nuts, etc. Don't eat anything with more than 6 grams of sugar per serving. Sugar is really the culprit. Also, calories are more important than anything. You need to burn more calories than you take in. Count the calories you eat. You'll be surprised at how they add up quickly. Try to keep to 1200-1500 per day.

Quick weight loss, very little hunger. Motivation to keep going is high.

CON: gastro-intestinal issues. Quick weight re-gain, when going back to old eating habits.

Pro: U lose weight fast
Con: You gain it back once you resume normal eating practices. Also, you get your arteries clogged.

pros: you lose weight
cons: your cholesterol goes up and so does your risk for clogged arteries and your chance of a heart attack because of all the fat you consume. a lot of low carbers eat lots of eggs and meat - this is not good for your overall health.

diets strait out suck. just eat spicy it speeds up your metabolism.
you poop more gain less
