I keep telling them to stay the hell out of our bedroom, but they won't listen. The other day my seven-year-old wanted to know what "cornholing" meant, so I know damn well they've been watching our movies again. Help! I'm at my wit's end!

Find a way to lock the porn up. It's the only way to keep them out of it. Every time you find a new hiding place, it just gives them one more reason to go into your room: "the find it game."

If you don't want a lock on your bedroom door, then you need a wooden or metal chest or something that has a lock on it. Whether it's a combination or key, make sure that you and your husband are the only ones that know it and have access to it. Like keeping it on your key chain.

Adult movies - lock them down tight! My son climbed out on the roof and through a bedroom window to access the room.

Hiding isn't the answer - they will search your room like a blood hound!

Ours our now locked with a key only me and my spouse have.

Solved the problem - the youngest hasn't a clue

Don't be surprised if the questions keep coming - kids are so smart these days and the internet via the library or a friends house can be deadly too. Been there, done it

How do you not know what they are doing in your home? Set some rules. They should not be allowed in your bedroom. That is your room and not a play area. You sleep there.
It's too late now. They have already watched them w/ out your knowledge. The only thing you can do now is explain the difference between @%#$ing and sex. What they saw in those porns is not sex and hopfully they don't grow up thinking that is love or you may have an big issue on your hands.

You want your kids to learn about sex from you in an matter of fact and honest manner, on your terms, not from porn where it can be difficult and confusing for a 7 year old child to understand or grasp what sex is really about. It is natural for a child to be curious, especially if he has seen porn and does not understand it yet.

If you must have porn in your house, just make sure you have it under lock and key and your children do not have any access to it at all.

Well, what were you doing when your 7 year old was breaking into your porn collection? Obviously your kids are not being watched very well. Do they just have the run of the house with no supervision? I would say throw out your porn collection and take your kids to the park.

You're a married woman (I am assuming by your reference to "our room" above). Just get rid of it. The sustenance you receive from your spouse should suffice. Besides everyone knows that when you have kids you shouldn't have those sort of things around.

If you don't want to get rid of the stuff, then just buy a lockbox with a combination lock on it. Then place the lockbox in a high place, maybe even the attic.

Remember: To a child, the only no they listen to is there own.

You make me mad for even asking such a stupid question. Get rid of the damn porn!!!!! You should be very proud of yourself, now your children have been exposed to things they have NO BUSINESS BEING EXPOSED TO!!!! What's done is done I suppose, but from now on you'd better keep a close eye on them, we dont want them to practice what they've seen on eachother or other children. Shame on you!!!! I don't care if they aren't suppose to go in your room or not, it's YOUR job to protect them. Great Job!!

Lock your movies up. They should be in a locked closet, box, drawer, or cabinet. Better yet lock your bedroom door in addition to locking everything else.
