I was told it did something to you. You are supposed to break out the top of it with a nail, and light it with a lighter and it gives you some kind of high.
Anyone have any information?

Don't do it. If you walked in on someone when they were doing this then they were prob. doing meth. This is a very bad drug and alot of my friends were addicted to it. Thank god they stopped.

Obviously the lightbulb in your head is burned out and worthless if you are considering this. So will sticking your finger in the socket........why not give that a try too while you are at it.

The inert gas in a light bulb is used so that the tungsten wire does not oxidize. There is so little gas there that I can't imagine that it would cause a high.

I'm not certain about the chemical in light bulbs, but I don't imagine it's very healthy to smoke.

i'd say nothing - unless it has some type of powder inside which i believe is toxic(i.e. flourescent light) - so probably about the most you'll do is get sick from it.
