i recently pierced my tongue and i want to take it off now to clean it up. the problem is that i dont have the time to go to a studio and i cant take it by myself. ive tried few times but its not working. plz help me :((

Don't take it out. Your tongue is the fastest healing part of your body. If you take it out it will grow back and you'll have to get it pierced again. Just leave it in and clean it where it is.

I have my tongue pierced as well
But i have never heard off taking it off to clean it but to do so
I would grab the too balls lol!!
And turn the top one it sounds like it is on to tight
Till it comes loose then you can clean it!!
But if you cant get it off and really want it out to clean make time!! to get it done

You mean to tell ush you had a tongue bar inshtalled and inshirted in your mouff and you didn't bother to ask them how to take it out? Learn to thalk like thith! GROSS!

One of the balls screws off, it is probably just on tight, keep trying, because it isnt on so tight that you can't remove it You just need to keep trying. I never had to take it out to clean it though. Just use mouthwash and that should be sufficient.

unscrew the bottom of it and pull it from the top
