Okay,, I dated this guy twice, both times he dumped me. He also was my prom date and left me at prom. The second time we broke up he said he still wanted to be with me & see other people. He bought me a $6.99 watch and said he wanted it back. Now he wants to go back out with me. Should I say yes?

That would be a no. Time to close the door on this chapter. Unless of course, you want to set yourself up for disappointment. Find someone who doesn't play games and will appreciate you and your time.

Depends are you up for more heartbreak? Just asking this question shows that you have doubts (and probably already know the right answer).
But just in case you want to hear it:
He's a broken record. He just does it to see what kind of reaction he can get from you and it has obviously worked in the past. Breaking up over and over gives him all of the control, which is never healthy for a relationship. Down the road do you want to always be thinking "Is he going to leave/break up with me today?" You want a relationship that makes you feel better about yourself,not insecure. Spontaneous/fun guys are out there, that won't leave you wondering if he went out for a coke or for good , I promise.

WHY would you say yes? You shouldn't settle for some guy (no matter how good looking, etc) that doesn't treat you the way you deserve. You absolutely should not date him, in fact, you should cut him out of your life altogether. I had a guy leave me at prom too back in the day - if I saw him today, I'd probably punch him! :) YOU CAN DO BETTER!

I took him back once. After a few months he left again.

I don't think you should go with him again and get dumped one more time. He seems quite indecisive about what he wants.I think you should look for anther guy than wasting your time on him.
