You could always ask. Or you could just ask her out to coffee, dinner..etc. If she does, then she's either not interested or has a man. No point in wondering...that just leads to regrets. If you ask and you don't get the answer you're looking for at least you know, and you went for it.

I dont know how old you two are or much about you but I would think If you're not too shy why not approach her yourself. Ask her if she has a boyfriend. Ask her if she would like to go out with you somewhere. Make it somewhere quiet enough that you can talk to her. As far as getting her to talk, you have to find something she is interested in like singing. Start talking about music or something along those lines. Take her with you to pick out CD's or to listen to music with you.

If there are any common friends ask that way. If not start by asking her about her singing, find an in on something you know she can talk easily about.

Try to know about the subjects of her interest and have a good cocept about those. Learn to make small talks. But most important is to learn how to listne emphaticaly. Increase your EQ to understand her feelings.

just wait for a quite ocasion and ask her what she's thinking about... make it seem like you ask out of boredom as to seem uninterested. then if a conversation starts ask her if she has a boyfriend... that would also work as a way of letting her know you like her.
