yes. Life is a balance and when there are too many things on one side of the scales then you either need to remove some or top up the other side with some good stuff, whatever good stuff is for you. It is important at times to be selfish so that you are able to cope with all else.

Write stuff down so that it is not whirling in your head and make an effort to strike off things that you can leave/not do.

Slow down, stop even, take a day to thoroughly rest and pamper yourself.

Many people say they do not have time for this, but i say if you have time for all the other mundane things then you
MUST make time for you. If you have children arrange for someone to take them for the day.

Don't be a perfectionist, follow the 'good enough' principle.

Sometimes you can blow stuff outta proportion. Stuff thats really no big deal gets promoted to the level of disaster. If you find yourself getting worked up over something, take a step back and ask yourself is it really that big a deal? Whats the worst case scenario? Dont sweat the small stuff basically

Yes, I excercise and sometimes I say to people in public places
who piss me off exactly what I think of them but that causes problems. A beer can help and reading if I can concentrate.

I smoke pot ! and at night after the kids are in bed I enjoy a nice glass of wine with watching jerry springer and folding laundry.
