I have used Stack Body Tune Up since July 15, 2006. I have lost 35 pounds and 9" on the waist. I've gone from size 46 to size 36.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

Wow -- that sounds pretty unusual. You have bodyfat, it just has a propensity to stick to your stomach and you lack body muscle so your metabolism is slow.

Just run your *** off for the next month, keep the calories to about 1200-1500 a day, and any and all weight loss will HAVE to come from the gut. Considering you have little muscle to lose, there won't be much downside to this for you.

You probably churn about 2000 calories a day and can add a couple hundred more from cardio. At that rate, you should lose at least 1 pound every 3 days (2000 calories = 1 pound) and a minimum of 10 pounds in 30 days.

If you're slim all over except the ab area chances are it's your diet. Stay away from these things as much as possible as they pile it on in this area: cheeses, sodas, sweet treats, fast foods, fried foods, chips-limit these to only once or twice a week.

Do Pilates (3 - 4 times a week). It helps burn off the fat in the gut and will give you definition.
