I used to think that most of the times because I did have some problem or argument before till i decided to solve that first. I apologized for watever happened. At least i dont have go feeling guilty and thinking they are talking about me all the time. I would go mad !
You have to stop too! Solve it from the root. Think if you did something wrong? If there is then go and talk to them to confront that problem first because this is going to make u sick if it keeps going on. Give priority to your studies your aim do what u have to do to concentrate.
If there is no problem maybe its just you....dont care too much about other people or wat they think about you. Everyone with mouth talks ! So dont bother and start imagining things because it is not healthy, would bring your self confidence down. Pay more attention in ur studies, would keep ur mind off in class at least. Enjoy being friends, mix around regardless of wat they think about you.
you dont want to end up being the isolated one.

It is my experience that everybody talks s### about everybody and so they probably are sometimes, but not to the extent that you think they are. What, if any, real evidence do you have to support your suspicions? Are you being in ways that would make them talk about you? Do you talk about others? If so, then maybe your are just projecting on to others as being towards you as you actually are towards them. What kinds of things do you imagine them saying? Even if what you think they are saying about you is true and they actually are, then is there any truth to what they are saying? If so, then maybe you should consider working on not being in ways which give them incentive to do this. Then again, sometimes people are just plain mean, in which case they're just as hurt and insecure as you and probably everybody else in your age group. They're probably sitting in class thinking that everybody is thinking badly about them. Mostly, you just sound like a typical, normal teenager with low self-esteem. That is both the good news and the bad news. Congratulations, you're normal. Also, people are generally fairly self-centered and so it stands to reason that you are probably not as important to them as you think.

whats up there, its nonetheless a wierd place this cyber web chat and communicate phenomenon. a lot of human beings relish the secure practices of the anonymity (i think of, rather women, for evident and sturdy motives), even with the undeniable fact that it helps stunt social verbal exchange skills too. and that may no longer going to alter any time quickly. attempt offering doubtless actual applicants your telephone extensive style possibly, once you're finding for voice-to-voice, and pass to a Skype chat format if agreeable? yet be arranged for some weirdo acceptances...?

Everyone is talking about you. Being paranoid is just the smart thing to do.
