You need to go threw ORS. They will actually force him to pay.

this is a UTAH site, but if you get in touch with them, then I am sure they can give you more information.

Well, go back and talk with your lawyer -- or if you don't have one, some sort of Legal Aid or Legal Support.

Through the justice system they have ways of tracking down almost any individual -- Through Social Insurance Number (in Canada) or the equivilant to it in the United States... It's the card that you are required to have and to present upon obtaining a job -- one which every employer is legally required to get.

From there, if the courts rule in your favor, the Father can then have his wage garnished to pay for and back-pay the child support he owes.

This isn't something that you can do on your own, but with legal council, it can be done.

Go to your local child support enforcement office where you live they are supposed to make an effort to find the deadbeat. If they cant then that means he is not working or he works and is paid under the table in other words cash. Alot of deadbeats are doing this to avoid paying their fair share. but put a push on the child support enforcement office to do their job. I mean make sure you stay in contact with them and even if it means calling them 3 times a week.

I do not have a dead beat father situation but I know that you can visit your local support agency or Job and family services in your county and they will start the process of finding your ex.

Go to your county child support enforcement office. My attorney did me no good at all. She pretty much said "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do to help." You'd think I was asking her to pay the support.... At any rate, the CSE office can go through the IRS, take his tax check(in lieu of CS for your baby) and also track him down by his SSN.

If your baby is in need, apply for whatever assistance there is. You can be sure the welfare office will track his butt down.

here is a nice little people search that shows lots of information, you can always pay for more detailed information, but this found several address in the past few years, some had new phone numbers, etc.

Just enter the dead beat's name

Depends on where you live...you need to go to family servuces ans file against him that he hasn't paid you...most of the time they go after him and garnish the back pay from his wages

First you find "Low self esteem" women who think they "need" someone and ask them who is screwing them. Your man might be one of them.
