I have bumps on my face that comes and goes, when i drink alot of water it clears my face up but then the bumps returns. They are fine bumps but some are a little bigger that others but it has my face looking horrible. I don't use lotion on my face. I just wash in with my washcloth, I don't wear make-up so that isn't the problem. The point is I keep bumps on my face and I want my face to be clear of all bumps so my face would look better. Please help if you have the same experience and something has helped you!!! The reason I don't use lotion or soap on my face because it will break me out worser. Any advices?

Anything you do...don't use Proactive!!! It ruined my days ten times worser! Well, don't eat out too much, drink 50 glasses of water if you have to, eat more veggies & fruits, no soda/junk food/"bad food"!

Keep your hair off your face and keep drinking plenty of water. I'd use something simple on my face like clean and clear. At first the little whiteheads/bumps will become worse but with time will gradually dissapear. Also be careful what foods you are eating, steer clear from anhything oily.

It sounds like they are little whiteheads. You will need to exfoliate and get on a good skin care program. I have the same problem and have found that a good faicial exfoliation pad with a good cleanser works well. I agree with the don't use proactive advice. I used it as well and it is not a good thing. I have found that using JAFRA skin care products have worked. They are made of natural materials and my face gets really clean with them. You can get JAFRA at this website or this is where I get mine; www.myjafra.com/ssletvold. Good luck and I hope that it gets better for you.

Oil of Olay makes these facecloths in a box that you can use that would be sterile every time.

Also, drink lots of water ALL THE TIME.

its probably just spots... not all spots are red, they can be the same colour of your skin, see a doctor / pharmasist about clearing spots

you're obviously allergic to something. maybe it's something you eat or wear. i think you should get one of those allergy tests done. you'll know why this is and how to cure it.

good luck.
