This is how I do it. I wet set my hair then I apply Lotta Body Setting Lotion in a spray bottle and spray it on my hair and then comb it through. Then I roll up my hair with regular two piece rollers going sideways, all over. Remove the rollers the next day and shake my head from side to side to loosen them. My curls look great and last for two weeks until my next wet set. I do not use any dryers.

Setting lotion & spiral rollers, you should go to the salon.
