The Online Casino Gambling Directory has contacted a large number of online gaming sites to determine their position with respet to US-based real-money players. Each site's position is noted at The Online Casino Gambling Directory so you can use that as a guide to selecting online poker rooms.

Here is the list of online poker rooms that have confirmed that they will continue to accept US-based real-money players:

The list is updated daily.

Best of luck!

There is no law against playing online poker in the US and many players login and play every day. There are many great US online poker sites and one of the best is Full Flush Poker where you’ll get a great welcome bonus, plenty of freeroll tournaments and great cash games. They offer fast free payouts too and you can check them out here...http://www.netsng.com/full-flush-poker.html

On-line gambling and poker sites generally operate outside of US jurisdiction and are therefore can't be directly regulated by the US government. The bill you refer to addresses how on-line gambling sites get funded by prohibiting US financial institutions from processing transactions for gambling sites (lotteries and horse racing were excluded).

You don't have to worry about a swat team breaking down your door and dragging you off to prison if you continue to play. On-line gaming is a multi-billion dollar a year business with the US being the largest consumer by far. Rest assured that the big sites like Full Tilt and Ultimate Bet have an army of lawyers working either to alter the bill or find away around it. Even the sites that have stopped accepting US players, I'm sure, are working behind the scenes to set things right. So my advice is to keep playing and to support the sites that have taken a stand against this ridiculous legislation.

There is little change to the way things are. You can still play a 80% of the sites including big ones like Full Tilt and Poker Stars.

Just make sure you have a Neteller account so you can continue to deposit and cash out.

You won't be able to play on Party or Pacific and a couple others. http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com/article.php/internet-gambling-ban-poker-sites-status has a full list of what sites are allowing US players and which are banning them. For the most part you should have no trouble finding a game.

I've done a full article reviewing the details of the so-called "Internet Gambling Ban". The page includes a link to all sites allowing American players.

These sites will still be available by moving the servers to other countries around the world. The web addresses will still be the same and you wont know if the server your playing on is in the US or not.
