because they think they're super cool parents, and actually they're are harmin their daughter. Thats a good question..parents dont know that lettin their daughters wear MINISKIRTS, AND REALLY REALLY TIGHT JEANS AND SHOW THEIR CLEAVEAGE is putting theur daughters to be rape or have a bad reputation.

They were sluts as kids (mostly that's why they have kids) and they don't care about their kids enough to instill morals and values that they themselves don't have...
