What does this mean?

It requires $120 to win $100 rather than the traditional $110 to win $100. In other words, the side is favored more heavily than normal. Bookies do this when one side is receiving more bets, but they don't want to move the game off of a critical number, such as -3 in football.

This difference is not trivial. Where the normal juice requries a winning percentage of 52.39% to break even, at -120 you would have to win 54.54% of the time, or 2 more games per 100.

It also represents a payback of only 83.33% rather than the traditional 90.9%.
