I have discovered chi tea! I have the celestial seasonings white honey vanilla chi and some green tea chi.
Man this stuff is so good! I don't add any sugar to it and it tastes good. When I want to munch I drink this and it typically erases the craving (I drank this when quitting smoking to).
What do you all do that works for you?

Drink lots of water. I also like to make lemonaide ice cubes & put them in water or tea & it gives it good flavor. When I drink hot tea I like to put a bit of honey in it for sweetness. Good luck kicking the sweet tooth. I have tried & still find myself grabbing a piece of candy every week or so.

Sweets are a addiction. I find that when I don't eat them I don't crave them, so I don't eat them!
When I do, it's hard to stop sometimes, but only having some on the weekends stops the craving, one has to eat something sweet every now and then.

I have not given up sweets completely, I 've learned to eat them s-l-o-w-l-y in very small portions until the craving wears off. But I really like gatorade's propel water.

Dried apricots are good too.

Fruits for me too. Its also a habit of mine to eat sweets only during the weekends (in small portions or as a dessert). But I dont overindulge. Thats where the problem usually begins.

I never had a particularly sweet tooth anyway, so it has not been a problem for me. I do like a nice cup of tea now and again though.
