It really depends on whether you like them. Who am I to say whether I find it unattractive? I watch Miami Ink and some of the tattoos I`ve seen are beautiful. Some men may be intimidated but really are these the type of men you want to attract?

I am a woman, and I try not to stereotype, but when I see a woman with tats on her arm, I automatically think, lesbian. Some tats are beautiful, but I think a woman should have them in places that are more discreet. My friend got married and had to have her bridesmaid dresses made with longer sleeves because she loves and wanted her sister in the wedding, but the tats on her arm didn't go with the decor.Tats are a way of expression, but some places will not hire someone that expressed themselves where the whole world can see, especially a woman.

I think tattoos attract certain types of people. Look at the number of members suicidegirls.com has. Maybe the type of men that are into the tattoos aren't into other aspects of you. Guys can have their quirks and individual tastes too. As for me, I think tattoos on anyone are HOT! They also show a little about the person that has them. Your tattoos, whether they're drunk night at the scratcher house or professional masterpieces, tell people something about you, whether it's true or not. My first tattoo is currently on my cousin/father-figure's drawing board and tells a lot about me if you really look at and analyze it. (It's the triple goddess symbol with a priestess below it with her arms raised towards the goddess.) That could also be a reason too.

No, some actually look nice on a women. Guys are just intimidated by them, I guess. Maybe because they don't have the guts to get one, like their women with clean skin(meaning no tattoes or anything like that), or they think you're a confident and strong woman or something like that. Men need to grow up and get over the fact that women aren't what they used to be like being weak and stuff.

Large tattoos on any part of a woman are a turn off to me..No matter how good looking the woman is..Sorry but most men think the same way

i only have little tat's on my arms but I got a leg piece done from ankle to hip and I have no problem you just need a guy who likes tats and appreciates them. My ex who I was with for 2 years had none but he loved mine so I don't think it should be a problem, and in my opinion tats are for you no one else. I get mine cause i love them and if other people don't that is there opinion, and obviously they will not have enough in common with me to be close to me.

I personally dont like them, but that is just me, I am sure there are guys out there that are turned on by them. My first thought is lesbian, not that there is anything wrong with it, I am just being honest. If you look hard enough you can find a man that is turned on by just about everything in this world.

I do not really care for big tattoos on women's arms and legs. I am more of the strategically placed tattoos on women, ankles, breasts, lower back, bikini line, shoulder... They do not intimidate me at all, just look very masculine and I do not find that attractive in a woman at all.

I think it depends on the tattoos...I have flowers on one arm and am ALWAYS getting compliments from men and women.
I think battleships or something masculine might not be great...but do it for YOU not for anyone else! And if someone likes you they should like you the way you are...tattoos and all!

Yes, it usually means lesbian, as you well know, if you have changed your persuasion or want to bat for both sides cover them up until you get in the sack or get a friend and go cruising for a third x
