At that age it is best to just tell him straight up! Really, he's not too young, but girls do mature faster and it seems like it.

Simply break up with the kid, be honest too, and move on with your life. He's young and he will get over it.

Just break up with him but then tell all his other female friends how much of a good kisser he is.................hell get another girlfriend and you can date someone else.
