I hit my snooze bar a couple of times and then force myself to get up and get moving. It usually gets a little easier after a hot shower. I stand under the shower head and let the hot water massage achy muscles in my back, get out of the shower and stretch while my muscles are still warm.
I recently underwent a treatment called specific
myotherapyhttp://www.myotherapy1.com/myotherapy_faq.htm
While it didn't have a long lasting effect (I have fibromyalgia for 11 years), it did offer temporary relief of spasms that I do not get with pain meds or muscle relaxers. I was told four sessions are usually required and I will be going again.

Some days my fibro is so bad it would be so easy to stay in bed all day.I think
your medication could do with a revamp. I take amitrypillin and paracetamol on a night time and find that the paracetamol helps the pain and the amitrypillin relaxes me sufficiently to get some relaxing sleep ( no tossing and turning.) I have a hot shower in the morning which also relaxes my muscles and then take 2 paracetamol with breakfast. Sometimes having to get up and see to my cats spurs me on as they only have me. Isn`t it nice to be needed !!!

I keep some aromatherapy oils next to my bed. Depending on how I'm feeling (foggy = citrus and herb) I inhale the aroma and it helps me wake up a little.
Music is a big helper for me, rather than listening to something that reflects how I'm feeling, I choose music that reflects how I WANT to feel, it usually lifts me up pretty well. I also keep some juice next to my bed.
Stretching helps too.
