If you would commit suicide which one is better? By the way I am not suicidal.?

Lets start with the fact you can't strangle yourself, you will pass out.

You will vomit up the antifreeze before it kills you.

So that leaves hanging

10 years as a Paramedic the most successful suicides I have seen have been gun shot wounds and hanging. If a person were to use the gun make sure it is anterior to the ear as to get the brain stem. I haven't seen a hanging fail yet.

Well hanging and strangling would be kinda the same thing. Drinkin antifreeze would probably cause a very painful, convulsive, abdominal distress death, if even.

I say, do something that will grab the attention of the media, capture the nation. You don't wanna do something mundane. Consider stuffing a whole tomato down your throat and suffocating on that. People will be wondering about that one for YEARS.

If I had to I'd take the first one. If done right it's instant death.

Anti-freeze is a slow poisoning, could take days to die.

Strangling is horrible and a person probably could not do it to them-self.
