I assume your talking about from when you first experienced it.
My longest time is a 15 months and it's now ? Probably needed 6 months off after my last relationship but 15 months is taking it a bit far !!!

i guess you needed to be more specific in your question. you don't do without something you have never had because you can't miss it. i do not call self gratification sex. sex is something you do with another person. sex with a person you care deeply about is making love. but, to answer your question 2 yrs+. i had a mental breakdown and was on another planet for a couple of years. it seemed like a couple of months to me but my wife told me it was two long years for her. guess i didn't really do without because i didn't realize i wasn't getting it. so i guess the answer would be about 7 days when my wife took out children on vacation. no, my friend came over most nights while she was gone. i guess it would be about 48 hrs.

Quite honestly it was 16 years and 23 days until I lost my virginity so that would be the longest.
