It could mean you have toilet paper that stuck to your pooper as you were in the process of clearing out the ladies restroom with noxious fumes at lunch time.

It could have been one of those polite smiles, like you give to the mentally retarded- Like, oh, aren't you sweet, too bad you have that disability- It could be that you had something sticking to your backside and he was trying not to laugh, but most likely it was that smile men get when we think, man, I'd like to tap that.
