My husband has'nt shut up since Europe won recently. Every time we go out he has to talk to someone about it.

Why do women have to talk so much about hairstyles & shoes?
It interests us as little as sports interest you but you feel you have to talk to us about them.
We're just returning the compliment.

Golf is a very interesting and difficult game and a delight when played well. It is not only their physical, but the mental agility which is required to play golf at a significant level.
In the Ryder Cup you have two great teams of golfers and in this another aspect of the game of golf comes into play you are not playing for yoursef but for a team. Golf is not a reaction sport, you have plenty of time to get tense in the time it takes to take your next shot.
If you play golf you are aware of all these different complexities and understand the difficulty involved, so watching the Ryder Cup was really exciting. And, fo course, we won!

Golf is a great sport. It is a cerebral sport where you have to think and concentrate. the Ryder Cup is more so because it is matchplay.
In a few weeks your husband will forget about the Ryder Cup and will probably find something else to talk about that will be just as uninteresting to unlike-minded people.
Why don't you start playing and then you can start conversations with the lady players about the Solheim Cup?

The whole tournament got 20 minutes of my time, he sounds very boring, anyone who talks about 1 subject as much as that needs to be told.

Fantastic Europe thrashed the USA.
We can beat them but when you thrash them does not happen to often.Great golf ,great team,FANTASTIC.
