I think guys notice because it's a part of someone's physical features, a long with the eyes and body. But some guys are like huh? When I ask my boyfriend "Does my hair look frizzy?" he's like "what's that mean".

Yes we ALWAYS do........
I do anyways. One of the first things that catches a guy is whether she is fat or thin,her skin colour ant then her HAIR and then the face....................Im not siding on any thing but thats our main checklist and then on the guys preferd results we decide whether to move in or pass

i always know when a girls hair is frizzy. it kinda bothers me. i mean theres alwayz mousse and hairspray and ANTI-FRIZZ!!
