What they said -- shower, deoderant -- and more often than most. I think it's a metabolic issue. For extreme situations -- and this is NOT a joke -- Botox has been injected into sweat glands to disable and paralyze them the way it is used on facial muscles for cosmetic purposes. I swear, this is not a joke answer -- I don't do those. Not sure how long it lasts, but it might be worth looking into if you have an important event/interview/etc.

There is a product out there that is called Honey Dust, that helps to stop you from sweating. The thing is you have to get it from a "adult store" (sex shop). I'm using it for my wedding in the middle July next year, and I already know that it works. Just put it on after a shower, and it should help to prevent sweating for most of the day.
