This is always a difficult one to deal with.
I was mates with a guy that then started to become more than friends but it was really complicated as i already had someone.
The thing is you need to see how he feels without putting your friendship at risk. So i would suggest not to make a move just yet but see where your friendship takes you back.
Good Luck.

At Christmas I started dating a guy I had been friends with for years, and whilst it lasted it was brilliant, but now its ended it has become a bit weird, because we're closer than friends, but aren't a couple. However, I wouldn't change a thing and I'm glad we started going out otherwise I'd have always wondered "what if .....? I think the important thing is making sure you are both happy, and only the two of you know how that is going to happen. So good luck with whatever you decide to do, and I hope you are happy whatever happens.

Make your move means invite him to bed? LOL
How about talk to him about this? How about ask him how he feels, and tell him how you feel and see what's really there.
Or, you could say nothing, keep your feelings to yourself for 2-3 months and see if the infatuation burns off.

Try and get info from friends about how he really see's you and feels about you first, then if he feels the same way then go for it, if he see's you as just a friend you'll know where you stand !.
