As to becoming "ordained" ... in Ontario that depends on which Denomination. For some, no problem being a "woman" ... like in the United Church of Canada they have been doing that since at least the 1930's.
You might find it a bit more difficult if you were wanting to be ordained as a priest in, say, the Roman Catholic Church.
Why not just as the Minister of the Church where you attend and serve?
As for marrying people ... it is the Provincial Secretary who issues licenses to perform marriages.

This has been a touchy subject ever since the feminist movement. The bible does teach that the man is the head of the woman just like Christ is the head of the man. And yet the Bible says that there is no bond or free male or female Galatians 3:28. Since both passages must be true, there must be a way to see them as such. What I have come up with in our status before Christ and our place within the church. Men must lead in the church while understanding that Christ died for women as well as men and we are all joint heirs of the kingdom together without race, financial status, or sex being in anyway taken as being favored. I see nothing amiss in ordaining women to ministry to other women and taking complete control of children's ministry. We must stay obedient to the whole of the word not just the parts we like or the part we think make sense in today's world... Jim

Most denominations require you to go for schooling and then make application for a licence to preach before becoming ordained. It takes time. The Bible teaches that a novice should not be ordained. You must prove your self and your calling. Many denominations do not accept female leadership, so you will have to find one that does. If you plan on starting your own religion...that's a whole other thing.

+ Ordained: To invest with ministerial or priestly authority; confer holy orders on.
|| According to the Word of God. God doesn't give you or anyone authority to "ordain" women with ministerial or priestly authority to confer holy orders. ||
++ But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 1st Timothy 2:12 KJV HOLY BIBLE
+++"Women Take the Battle to the Gate in the War on the Saints" This is a powerful article of encouragement for women of God.
