She takes to long to answer your questions or blows it off by saying Whatever! or when she does answer it makes no sense. If you let her keep talking enough she will catch her self up in the lies anyway.

1st of all, you have to have trust in a relationship. However, if you have evidence she lies or cheats, ask a friend of yours to follow her one evening, when she has turned you down with a lame excuse and you suspect she will go out with someone else. Make sure it is a friend she doesn't know. I did that once for a friend of mine, I waited outside her house and I discovered that indeed she went out with another guy! By the way, make sure she never finds out you did that, it is really cheap. If she is cheating and you want to tell her you know, just mention someone saw her, not that you had her followed. Be very calm and show how civilised you are!

Just ask directly to her if she is telling lies or cheating. If she replies in negative and you are certain she is telling lies or cheating-say nothing and stop seeing her untill she tell the truth!-although there is no chance of telling truth by such girls!

You both need to learn to communicate together. If you have serious doubts then challenge her on the issues. She should not be keeping secrets from you. At the same time you should not be clingy and checking on her every move.
Most everything has a very simple explanation. If she consistently has complicated explanations for things then she is a liar.
