My mates wife has just had a boob job and he's not happy about it.

I can undertand boob jobs when required. Like if you have had an illness where the breast(s) was affected or maybe removed, I can understand a girl getting them replaced during such a difficult time.
Apart for those reasons, many girls get them done for many other, common reasons... low self confidence, attention seeking, modelling, etc.
I personally dont care about them but real ones always comes first regardless!!! As for the 'fake' ones, its best never to go overboard with them... but I am happy either way!!

If you're a C or D, stay real. If you're only a B, but have a really nice *** and/or sexy long legs, a B is ok, so stay real. If you're an A or B and just kinda so so or average in the *** and leg dept, then by all means, get a boob job. They look great...they just feel different

Real ones are definitely better. Fake ones are really expensive and you never know how they are going to turn out and then there is the thing of having to replace the about so many years.

I read on Sky News website, that nearly 85% of men prefer natural boobs..... not sure how true that is though....
I'm a woman with natural ones... so I'm ok.... although when they start to resemble old socks with ping pong balls down the end of them, then I will get them reconstructed!

Naturally everybody would want to have the real thing.
However, my guess is she did this for herself. So that is what matters the most.
