John Basedow has those really annoying commercials about fitness made simple. I haven't seen his commercials in a few months. Does anyone know what happened to him? Maybe he gained weight and had to quit selling videos because of an horrible beer gut.

He was on the local morning news in my city a few weeks ago showing his abs. He's is as freaky looking as ever....

It was alleged that he was "lost" while visiting Thailand during the big tsunami. However, he's alive and well and still muscular.
