Good question!!!!!
Well You can dye the bubble bath as a whole but maybe dye can't stick the the foaming agent itself? Maybe, Heck I dunno.
My hobby is bubble baths and I haven't really wondered this before. But now you have me wondering!!!! LOL!
And can I share a secret with you? To get more bubbles add some dishwashing liquid to your bath. Nothing bubbles up better!!! I promise you that. You can still use some of your bubble bath, but I find myself using way too much, and there are very little bubbles.
And boy do I love bubbles!!!
I usually have way too many, and I love it!!!

The bubbles are actually not white. They appear white, because they are so small, but if you look closely, you would see alll the colors in the bubbles. If you click on the link below, you will see more than you probably care to even know about the "color" of bubbles...lol!

You just have not explored enough "Bubbles" ... the foam comes in colors - but bubbles are usually clear rainbow colored as they are filled with air and reflect the surroundings.

Actually they aren't white they are iridescent. If you look close enough you will see all kinds of colors mixed in them. It's all how the light reflects off of them. But they definitely aren't white. Bubbles tend to be too thin to be an actual color.
