I suddenly get the want to either have a long lasting love with someone or make out passionatly with a person (mainly imagining the future of getting married) and im only a teenager. What does this mean?

It means you are normal teenager. It is called hormones, and guys are not the only ones who have them. It is a natural urge to want to feel loved and connected to someone, but keep in mind at your age what you think is love probably isn't. Don't make a bad decision over the feelings you have, do whatever you can to keep your brain in control of your heart.

It's totally natural, it's your body changing as you become an adult, your hormones influencing you. It's a very powerful feeling and can make your moods swing like crazy. I would say be careful about thinking of it as "love" as such but as lust or longing, which again are totally natural.
edit: and I agree with the other poster who advised not to get married too young! don't get fixated on the idea of marriage at this stage - although it's natural to want it eventually, fixating on it too soon may lead you to make bad decisions which you might regret for a long time. most people go through several relationships before they really learn what they want from one or from a partner.

Your just a teenager...its the hormones!! Hang out with teenagers your'e own age and keep busy... DO NOT GET MARRIED YOUNG...IT WILL NOT LAST.
