It all depends on the presentation man. Anything that you do for a woman that takes into account her feelings in more detail than a superficial observation is romantic. Does she like spaghetti? Has she shown interest in getting a little experimental? Have you guys even had sex yet? I am going to lay a couple scenerios down, you evaluate:
1) You bring her into your place. You have not cleaned up, and there is no where romantic to eat. You whipped together some half-a**ed spaghetti for both of you, with little attention to details, presentation, or side items. After you eat you try to get her to do these things you have thought up with little or no transition or caring. That will not work and she probably will be offended.
2) You have dinner ready when she comes over. You took a lot of time to make it look good, have some nice side items and really showed you care. It does not have to gourmet, just an effort. You have some candles lit, some music, a touch of insence, and wine (if applicable). You sit, eat, enjoy the company, and really get to spend quality time together alone. After dinner you watch a romantic movie you want to see, and see where things go. If she would be into the more kinky of relations, introduce them. If she had shown previous interest in these activities, think about a blindfold just for more excitement. Concentrate on her and she will concentrate back.
The second plan could be considered romantic. They both relate back to the situation had described, so you just have to consider which execution you would/could pull off from the same plan. Good luck!

Light some candles with dinner. Do the whole feeding of strawberries and sugar and stuff after dinner, but dont push it, you can make her your desert and the same with her. Then finally when you guys are all turned on then lick the whole whipped cream but only make it on certain parts, be sure to have the lights off but have a bunch of candles lit. Candlelight makes it romantic and just dont make her feel like she has to be this just make sure she feels special and the most edible thing you've ever had. Good Luck!

Try setting the mood. Make sure you set a nice table and candles, if not but a blanket on the floor with candles around. Also try to have a bottle of wine.
