How do you make beer and what's the #1 best beer in the world?

My boyfriend homebrews. We just bottled his latest...an espresso oatmeal stout. I don't like dark beers, so I didn't like it. Check out any homebrew sites...they should all be informative and helpful. You can also get books on "homebrews for dummies". No, you're not one...that's the name of the book...lol. Anyways, you can check out my 360 page and leave me your e-mail...I'll get some info from my boyfriend for you or hook ya up with him directly. Hope this helps you.
As for the #1 beer in the world? Don't know...but I personally think it's Yuengling's lager.

Go to a specialty store and you can buy a home brewing kit, or order one off the internet. Simply follow the instructions.
