How do you make beer and what's the #1 best beer in the world?

My boyfriend homebrews. We just bottled his latest...an espresso oatmeal stout. I don't like dark beers, so I didn't like it. Check out any homebrew sites...they should all be informative and helpful. You can also get books on "homebrews for dummies". No, you're not one...that's the name of the book...lol. As for the #1 beer in the world? Don't know...but I personally think it's Yuengling's lager.

Then do a google search for home brewing stores in your area. The people there are always helpful. They carry all the books you'll need, the ingredients, the tools, and so on.

Go to a specialty store and you can buy a home brewing kit, or order one off the internet. Simply follow the instructions.
