Ok ,so at the job I work at there is one guy who is a control fresk, bi-polar, and a downright whiny a s s....what I want to know is how in the world do you deal with him when he gets in your face, other people's faces, is a huge d i c k to everyone whenb he doesn't get his way. Oh yeah and by the way when the boss is around he is perfect, perfect little employee.....good little boy, here you go have a biscuit....whatever. Several of us have expressed our problem with him and our boss has just told him to stop being an a s s....I cannot stand it anymore!!! I have told him to his face that when he can stop being a d i c k then he can talk to me, unitl then I do not want to even hear his voice, what do I get first thing this morning, I am missing something that is his responsibility...I inform him, I get the mega jerk in return....huge a s s....please help, do I just shoot him, kick him in the nuts, slash his tires....what do I need to do, I hate this man...or a specimen of a man!!!

Cordova: Desire this man, uh no. His grill is all messed up, he is a man whore, ex con, druggie (which our boss doesn't know about either), drunk, angry and bitter which is a huge turn off, and oh yeah by the way he is a male, I don't do the male thing, haven't for quite a while now, thanks. Maybe I should have asked for serious answers only. And I truely hope that if you are like this guy, I hope you get fired from every job you ever hold.

This guy you can't be all cozy with, that is where the bi polar comes in, one minute he is rubbing your shoulders trying to give you a kiss the next......AAAAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHH IT'S THE CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON!!!!

Rearrange the stuff in his office/cubicle when he's out at lunch, before, and after work. It will drive him CRAZY! Make sure no one sees you doing it, though.
Eventually the chaos in his office will lead him to quitting.
Also, if you're oozy-sweet to him, that will drive him nuts too. He's probably getting his 'jollies' from making you mad. Don't let him enjoy making you angry!

ok, here's what you need to do:
on the work front: explain to this man politely that you need the missing item in order to do your job. beyond that don't associate with him. don't swear at him. that isn't going to help your situation. tell everyone ELSE in the office not to swear at him. just ignore his behavior compeltely. It's going to get worse for a while. unfortuanttely, this can't be helped. he's obviously screaming for attention. your boss is too busy to deal with him. it's a shame ths man is so childish. he really needs to be a man. it wll take some time for him to realize you are ignoring the unprofessional behavior and get his ducks in a row. if it doens't stop in a while (we are talking like 3 weeks) there could be a problem and he needs file a claim on the company insurance and go see a doctor and get a presciption for whatever the doctor gives him. his job may even be in jepordy if he keeps it up. His boss has already warned him. you guys need to have patience. he may also have problems at home. try asking him if he needs to talk about some of them. see if that helps. if the behavior still doesnt' stop and there's no medical reason and he's not having problems at home then you need to list specific incidents and get witnesses to his behavior and submit an offical claim to your boss and get him to do something about this man citing that he is a disturbance to the workplace. he has already disrupted your project once and is upsetting the harmony in the workplace. but this should be a LAST resort. do NOT try to get this man fired! if you do, people at the office will remember this and try to get you fired sometime down the road out of fear for their own job safety. It doesn't matter what they say, someone in the office is going to be upset and get scared for their own job. Remember to always be polite in dealing with this man.

That's really tough. I would hate to be in your shoes on this. I would begin to document everything he said, right down to the time, etc, and call this to your boss's attention. When he hasn't done his job, don't bring it to his attention, go directly to his boss, and say I would prefer to bring it to his attention directly, but the last time I did that, he was verbally abusive towards me. If your boss won't handle the situation, go over his head. If none of that works, you may have to look for another job elsewhere, and tell your boss the specific reason you are leaving is because this man has made your workplace a hostile place to be.

DAMN! I had to resign because ppl are so fcuking nuts well.... The crazy guy i worked with my my assistant manager... and he would get in my face and yell at me in front of everyone, and say hes going to help me? wtf? Anyways this guy was a straight weirdo he would try to flirt with me too... and to be honest he's closer to my dads age and all... and i guess he's plan didn't go accordingly and i got hell for not liking him. He would also jump up and down and wave his hands and roll his eyes and almost run from one side of the room to the other and cuse and scream in the back room at anyone but oh yeah the Boss. Maybe it's the same guy?
