When it is appropriate
keeping the following Scripture in mind.
Mat 6:5 "And now about prayer. When you pray, don't be like the hypocrites who love to pray publicly on street corners and in the synagogues where everyone can see them. I assure you, that is all the reward they will ever get.
Mat 6:6 But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father secretly. Then your Father, who knows all secrets, will reward you

Silently yes, all the time. Especially when I realize how much fun I'm having enjoying my life, that only belongs to me and Him. Out at a club or party or amusement park, I look up to the heavens and give Him a thank you, a sincere heartfelt "Thank You for everything!":o]

I don't go in the middle of the street and start catching the Holy Ghost... but I might say a quick prayer of thanks or forgiveness when i'm out there and nobody'll know because I don't advertise it.
