Does anyone know if the Ford Fiesta Encore 1.3 3 dr 1998 model comes with ABS brakes?

When you start the engine and a Amber ABS light comes on that shows that the Abs is going into a self-diagnostic test so it would be a strong assumption that if indeed the ABS light comes on at start up you have ABS installed on your Automobile.

Should be a warning light in the dash, its usually yellow, brake icon with ABS written in the middle, it's an MOT requirement if your car has it, also look under the bonnet, if theres an extra aluminium block on the braking system, then you are looking at the ABS Modulator. Easiest way to tell is find a slippy surface and jam on the brakes, the pedal will vibrate if it has ABS.

Yeah um You dont really need to say the ¨dr¨part of the name tha t gets all funky with the name . Abs is installed on the cars all ford mdes base include abs startig as frtom ´92. Ohh nice car too.
