What about having an evening or sunset ceremony in a backyard. with a jp (justice of the peace). Then you could have those torches lining the isle...kind of a tropical hawaiian look with semi-casual attire. Followed by some sort of hawaiian desert and cocktails. Most jp's will do a handfasting ceremony, although you might have to clue them in into how it's done. There you go, cheap, and hawaiian and wiccan inspired! (I love the handfasting ceremony....so romantic!)

Wiccan is a religion and Hawaiian is a state. What religion is your BF?

Huh? I think you are a bit confused. You are comparing a RELIGION (Wicca) and a NATIONALITY (Hawaiian). The two have nothing to do with one another (you don't compare apples and oranges and expect to come up with a logical answer). Get married someplace neutral that you can both agree upon, but his nationality should have no bearing on this decision. How peculiar!

Why not do both? Can't you have a handfasting at the courthouse?

have a non-denominational ceremony in an outdoor setting, maybe a beach. Dong a Hawaiian theme wedding wont clash with pagan beliefs, will it?

You're talking about a religion and a nationality.

Why would there be a problem with the two?

And regarding religion, your children will be what? Nothing? You need to decide that now.
