I was wondering if we could add our adsence code to some one's blog?
If yes can you please tell me what are the sites where we can post such blogs. please tell me that are there any obligations in such sites or not.

You can add the Adsense code in your website or blog.
However, if you are planning to put the code in SOMEONE else's blog which you do not own or have no control over, it may not be allowed. For one, if this site violates the Terms of Service of Adsense, then your account may be in jeopardy as well because your code shows up in that site. I do know though that there are some sites, forums and blogs that do profit sharing using Adsense where the Adsense codes are rotated among users.
I strongly suggest that you check first with Adsense and get the official word from them if they would allow this.
