the first one is tv licensing
the second one does not exist any more
the third and forth are direct line numbers and you need to speak to the people on the end of the phone to find out who they are
the fifth is another number for tv licencing

If you didn't call these numbers and you haven't lent your phone to anyone, then there's a good chance you've been scammed. Possibly by something called phone-jacking or blue-jacking. Do you have Bluetooth on your phone? If so its possible for someone within a few meters of you to literally hijack your phone and make calls on it without you knowing even though the phone is in your pocket. The scammers call their own high rate number which gets charged to you. The way to stop this is to make sure you have the Bluetooth facility switched off at all times except of course if you need to use it for something. Call your phone company to ask about the numbers but don't be suprised if they won't tell you who's they are.

Looks like some premium rate numbers there. So you phoned someone to buy or order something, complained to the bank recently? Anyway as an aside try this website www.saynoto0870.com. Not that pretty but very useful and should reduce your phone bill

They won't tell you who has these numbers, but the 0845 is only charged at local rates (5p/3mins etc) and the 0870 and 0871 numbers are business numbers held by firms who are so greedy that as well as trying to make money out of your business, they also make money out of YOU phoning THEM because YOU get charged at up to 10p per minute, and THEY get a %age of that, depending on usage. It's a good trick if you can get away with it - and I personally never call those numbers. If they haven't got a landline number listed on "Say no to 0870" then they don't get my business!
and Blaze - that's rubbish. They're inland UK numbers. If they were abroad they'd start "00..."

if you have a problem with your bill phone your provider...
I started getting texts from a ring tone club I hadn't signed up with for which I was charged for each text I got in touch with O2 and although I had only been charged £5.00 by the time I had finished threatening legal action to the texter (found by O2) I got £78 refunded to me via cheque.
If it is on your home line and you have a dial up modem connected from your PC you might have a nasty virus that closes your connection and when the pop up box to connect appears again you failed to notice that the number/dialler is not your regular ISP There was a nasty one a while back called GBdialer and my sister was victim to that.
run spysweeper by webroot if you think it might be this they did (I'm sure they still do a free demo version) that will identify any nasty software you may have installed whilst being on the Internet.

Call the phone company and ask them. Tell them you never called these numbers and refuse to pay for them.

Call the phone company. Tell them you don't think these are your numbers. They should let you know whose numbers they are. What country are you in?

0870 is the code, and whatever numbers come after it are the identity numbers. so you can call up the caller on this number and ask him instead !

Either ask your provider to check them, or ring the number and ask whoever answers what they are. (Company, competition line etc.)
