Have a good, filling breakfast like oatmeal, eggs, whole grain bread.

Then when the munchies come, eat healthy stuff like carrots dipped in hummus, tuna snacks, etc. I can't just snack on fruit because I stay hungry. I need to throw in some protein.

Drink water and snack on healthier foods like yogurt and fruit cups. That's what I do. It works out well. That way I'm not snacking on junk food.....it was a hard habit to break! LOL

Walk every chance you get or exercise or get into some kind of hobby or craft that takes your mind off eating. Exercise is best to curb your appetite. Good luck.
