Explain to her that a kiss is really important to you and that you would like to save it for the perfect time, You will know when its right. The first kiss is always hard but set yourself a goal (of when) and do it if you feel it is right, But why dont you ask her out first and start simple? Why would you want to kiss her if she isnt your Gf first?! But never have sex---- Till your 75 1/2, no wait 76.
BUT serious wait till your married and take things slow. Be a good example and take care of her good.

If you really like then just kiss her. Once you get the first kiss out of the way it becomes so much easier. The best way is to do it in a movie theater during a horror movie. It always worked for me.

Girls love shy guys, let her know it's not a bad thing if she kisses you first. Write to her if you can't say it to her, let her know how she makes you feel and let her know you want to. Explain it to her she won't be mad at you or think of you other wise.

girls like older guys! you are being very insecure! if you are nervous, at least ACT like you are confident. she wont find you as awkward and she will look at you as an "older man" instead of the awkward guy. Just do it. just try. you will never know if you don't try!!!
