Water, Water, Water, and a great skin care program. Check out JAFRA at www.myjafra.com/ssletvold. They have an awesome skin brightening cream and a great lifting serum called Royal Jelly lifting Concentrate. I have noticed with my skin that using their skin care line and exfoliating with it every day my skin has become brighter smoother. I have used the lifting serum and it definatley tightened up my skin and got rid of all of the fine lines. The great thing is that it is affordable.

everyone already said it but lots of water, exercise and a good diet are the most important. when you eat a lot of greasy or fatty foods it can wreak your skin. also, find some products that you like and that are right for you skin type. sephora is great for selection and samples. doesn't hurt to get a facial every now and then either!

drink a lot of water! the 8 recommended glasses a day or more. you will have to pee all the time, but you will get used to it. it really helps clear you skin. You can also buy the "Hair, Skin and Nails" vitamin at GNC. that helps too.

Wow, that's a loaded question. I could write pages on it. I'm an esthetician with 13 years of skin experience. I'm going to suggest you look into a natural skin care line, look into aloe, drink plenty of water, and check out my website (not product selling)

For face:
I use Neutrogena Visibly firm lotion. It works wonders!

For body:
I use Jergen's skin firming lotion. It works well too!

I've used both of these for about 2 years now and love them!
