what should i give her as a house warming gift? some beer cans for her front lawn???

Whatever you get her, make sure you invite her cousins to the party. They get cranky when you don't invite them to the orgy.
If she don't have any old 70's style lawn chairs in her living room get her some of them. Same with the black and white TV for the porch! She could get expensive if she don't have a lot of stuff. Save your money cause this could cost you like 3 dollars.

You should offer to loan her some of your own broken down vehicles sitting on tires to decorate her lawn until she can get her own. And if you have one of those old cast iron bathtubs, throw that in too. She might want to plant her tomatoes or "herb" in it if you catch my drift. IF you nice enough and bring her enough lite beer, she may even share.

OMFG! The best thing you can do for her... is give her old household appliances that don't work... for her to keep on her porch!
Or better yet, if you have a broken down car, move it into her front lawn.

A 12 pack of Old Milwaukee beer sounds appropriate. If you can find them, 6 plastic pink flamingos for lawn decorations would really make her feel welcome.
