Holy crap I have this video from bellytwins (bellytwins.com) it's called fat burning (I have slim down, too, but the other one is really good) and let me tell you. It's only half an hour long and it doesn't look that hard (it's bellydancing aerobics, but don't be scared by the name, it's a lot of step-hop and jumping lightly with twists and what not) but if you do it everyday I swear you'll see the fat just melt off. I wasn't too out of shape but it still makes me huff and puff. I've lost not quite an inch off of my waist after three weeks of dedication (I was pretty slender to start with at 26 inches for the waist) and I can see the toning in my legs. It's thinned out my face and arms, too. If you want to really speed up the results alter your diet-only a little- by eating one egg for breakfast (the protien keeps you full until lunchtime) or oatmeal (the slow-burning carbs give you energy for the day and the fiber helps clean your system). Try eating lots of apples and nuts, especially almonds, leafy foods like baby spinach (light on the dressing) and berries. Stay away from McDonald's (it's tempting) and you'll see the difference. To see fast dramatic results in the comfort of your own home???
for your stomach and abdominals the basic Sit up's, and stomach crunches, what i did was buy a set of dumbells and you can use them sitting up lying down....watching telly or standing keeping your arms by your side's strictly! and only moving your elbow as though lifting the object with your forearm press up's work the areas of your shoulders chest triceps biceps and forearms, the main thing is that yes to see fast results you'd have to buy the basic things, dumbells, exercise mat for sit up's and skipping ropes you should see fast results the way you want to that way.

Get one of those trampettes and do 5mins 3 times a day.
