Depends where you go. I know of some places where you would definately get a trick (then again some people would consider that a treat!)

You should if you are going as a nudist. just make sure that on Halloween is not a cold night lol You should get a treat

you might get a little of both
the trick would be jail time i am sure. someone would trick you into it.
the treat well....if you were at the right door at the right time you might get a nice a$$ treat.
