Women who have had electrolysis done??

Question

I am going to start my treatments next week...I am wondering what can I expect as far as pain goes? What does it feel like?

I had it done in my underarms...it was sort of tickly. Didn't hurt much at all (though I do pluck my underarms with tweezers sometimes to avoid ingrowns, so I have a high pain treshold there). The bad part is, it takes forever to have it done, and the hair grows back! They always say, 'that's different hair'. Yeah, but it's where the other was...

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.
